Dan Colussy
Mr. Colussy is Chairman of Iridium Holdings LLC and organizer of the investor group that brought Iridium Satellite out of bankruptcy in 2000. Mr. Colussy also serves on the board of Horizon Lines, a container ship company. Mr. Colussy's prior executive roles have included serving as Chairman and CEO of United Nuclear Corporation, Chairman and CEO of Canadian Pacific Airlines, and President and COO of Pan American World Airways. His part-time affiliations have included Chairman of CareFirst, Board Member of Constellation Energy, and Chairman of Gemini Capital. He holds a BS in Engineering from the U.S. Coast Guard Academy and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Dennis Blair
Admiral Dennis Blair, U.S. Navy (Retired) holds the Omar Bradley Chair of Strategic Leadership at the Army War College and at Dickinson College. Admiral Blair served as President of the Institute for Defense Analyses (IDA) from 2003 to 2006. He served as the Commander in Chief, U.S. Pacific Command, from 1999 to 2002. During his 34-year Navy career, Admiral Blair served at sea on guided missile destroyers. Ashore, Admiral Blair served in budget and policy positions on several major Navy staffs, the Joint Staff, and the National Security Council staff. He was the first Associate Director of Central Intelligence for Military Support. A 1968 graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy, Admiral Blair earned a Master's Degree in History and Languages from Oxford University as a Rhodes Scholar, and served as a White House Fellow at the Department of Housing and Urban Development. Admiral Blair has been awarded the Defense Distinguished Service Medal four times, the National Intelligence Distinguished Service Medal twice, and has received decorations from the governments of Japan, Thailand, Korea, Australia and Taiwan. Admiral Blair also is a director of Tyco International.

Michael Boyd
Mr. Boyd is a Chartered Accountant with substantial experience in business management and development. Mr. Boyd has been instrumental in a number of business opportunities that have gone on to list on the Australian Stock Exchange including Sonic Healthcare Limited, Foundation HealthCare Limited and LifeCare Health Limited. Mr. Boyd has been a Director for Fulcrum Equity Limited (formerly known as Quadrant Iridium) since May 2001, and is a member of its Remuneration Committee and Audit Committee.

Tyrone Brown
Mr. Brown was a founding member of the Board of Iridium and serves as Vice Chairman. He was Of Counsel with Wiley Rein & Fielding from 1994 until 2005. He previously served as Partner for Telecommunications and Transactions at Steptoe & Johnson. Prior to that, Mr. Brown served as Commissioner at the FCC, appointed by President Carter. Other previous positions Mr. Brown has held include founding investor and President of the District of Columbia Cable Television System, Director and Outside General Counsel of Black Entertainment Television, Director and Vice President for Legal Affairs at Post-Newsweek Stations, and Law Clerk to Hon. Earl Warren, Chief Justice of the United States.

Terry Jones
Mr. Jones is a General Partner in Syncom Funds. Prior to joining Syncom in 1978, he was co-founder and Vice President of Kiambere Savings and Loan in Nairobi, and a Lecturer at the University of Nairobi. He also worked as a Senior Electrical Engineer for Westinghouse Aerospace and Litton Industries. He is a member of the Board of Directors for several Syncom portfolio companies including Radio One, Inc., Iridium and TV One LLC. He also serves on the Board of the Southern African Enterprise Development Fund, a presidential appointment, and is on the Board of Trustees of Spellman College. Mr. Jones holds an MBA from Harvard.

Alvin B. ("Buzzy") Krongard
Mr. Krongard is the Former CEO and Chairman of the Board of Alex Brown Incorporated, the nation's oldest investment banking firm. Mr. Krongard also served as Vice Chairman of the Board of Bankers Trust in addition to holding other financial industry posts. He has served as Counselor to the Director of the U.S. Central Intelligence Agency (CIA), then as Executive Director of the CIA. Mr. Krongard received a BA degree with honors from Princeton University and a Juris Doctor degree with honors from the University of Maryland School of Law. He served three years of active duty as an infantry officer with the U.S. Marine Corps.

Steven Pfeiffer
Mr. Pfeiffer has been a partner in the law firm of Fulbright & Jaworski LLP since 1983 and has served as the elected Chair of the firm's Executive Committee since 2003. He previously served as the Partner-In-Charge of the Washington, DC and London offices, and headed the firm's International Department. In addition to serving on the Board of Iridium Holdings LLC, Mr. Pfeiffer is a Non-Executive Director of Barloworld Limited, a Non-Executive Director of Borghese Inc., Chairman Emeritus of Wesleyan University, a trustee of The Africa-America Institute, a Director of Project HOPE, and a Director of NAACP Legal Defense and Educational Fund, Inc. Mr. Pfeiffer holds a law degree from Yale University.

Tom Ridge
Mr. Ridge is former U.S. Secretary of Homeland Security, where he organized and oversaw a combined 22 federal agencies employing 180,000 staff. Secretary Ridge also served as two-term Governor of the State of Pennsylvania from 1995 to 2001. Prior to becoming Governor, he was elected to Congress in 1982. Born in Pittsburgh's Steel Valley, Secretary Ridge earned a scholarship to Harvard and graduated with honors in 1967. After his first year at The Dickinson School of Law, he was drafted into the U.S. Army, where he served as an infantry staff sergeant in Vietnam, earning the Bronze Star for Valor. He was the first Vietnam combat veteran elected to the U.S. House, and was re-elected six times.

Herb Wilkins, Sr.
Mr. Wilkins is Managing General Partner of Syncom Funds and President of Syncom Management Company, Inc. He founded Syndicated Communications, Inc., the oldest fund, and served as its President until 1990, when he established Syndicated Communications Venture Partners II as a private equity telecommunications fund. Since that time, the General Partners have formed Syncom III in 1996 and Syncom IV in 2000. Mr. Wilkins is currently President of Syncom Management Company, Inc. (Investment Advisor), Arizona Radio, Inc., Lyn Communications, Inc., Allur-Kansas City, Inc., and American Signaling Company. He is also Chairman of the Board of Directors of Syndicated Communications, Inc. (Syncom I) and Allur-Kansas City, Inc., and serves on several boards of directors, including BET Holdings, parent company of Black Entertainment Television. He is a former Chairman of the Board of NAIC.
